  • Damaged Goods: In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We'll initiate a refund or replacement after assessing the issue.

    • Pesticides and Insecticides: Due to safety regulations, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for pesticide or insecticide products once purchased. Please ensure careful consideration before making your selection.

    • Deals: Products under special promotional deals or clearance sales are non-refundable unless damaged upon arrival.

    • Customer not accepting delivery: If the customer refuses to accept the parcel for any reason, shipping charges (to & fro) will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Eligibility Criteria:

    • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
    • Return shipping fee to be paid by the customer in case the goods are to be returned for any other reasons other than damaged.

    • Video/Photos of the damaged product should be provided in order to be eligible for refund or replacement.
